Lector of Tantric massage

Tantric massage:

Tantra massage is a method founded by Andro Andras Rothe, the head of the first German Tantra Institute (Diamond Lotus Lounge, since 1977 in Berlin).

It is based on the methods of various well-established massage techniques. It also includes elements of bio energy, yoga and sexual therapy. Tantra is the way that leads to self-love and self-awareness.

The philosophy of Tantric Massage leads man to the respect of his borders and to accept them in others. And of course – it leads us by accepting pleasure and bliss through our bodies. Allow yourself to be well, very well. The aim of the massage is self-love, self-esteem, self-acceptance, self-reflection and self-control.

The body is considered as a temple of the soul.

In the minds of people the tantric massage is a sexual massage which needs to be clarified. The original intention of this philosophy speaks about the body and the psyche restoration, the perception of our place in the world and the fate we are following. It is about self-understanding, motivations, and life attitude.

Tantra is based on the natural need (necessity) to receive and to give. Depending on our experiences, we all have a problem with one of these aspects. In general, call them fear, worry, blocks, or taciturnity.

Each of these emotional states has the effect on our physical body. If we talk about relationship a issue, which is the case, most often condition is reflected in the genital tract, kidneys and lower back. We can differentiate between the problem emanating predominantly from the thoracic or pelvic area, or their combination.

Tantric massage only highlights following facts:

– We lose the ability to be ourselves, whether in partnership or job.

– We do not allow to our true emotions and needs express and we are losing the ability to dream.

Our protections from these are denial, attack or freeze.

What are chakras?

In Sanskrit chakra means disc or wheel and denotes one of the seven basic energy centres of our body. Each of the centres is linked to one of the most important glands with internal secretions that are branched out from the spine, and at the same time it refers to different levels of consciousness, to different archetypes, life stages of development, colours, sounds, human body functions and many others. There are different approaches to chakras. Most often we divide them into seven basic chakras:

  1. root
    2. sacral
    3. umbilical/Solar Plexus
    4. heart
    5. throat
    6. forehead/third eye
    7. crown

The flow of energy inside or around yourself can be guided and formed by thoughts. Your thoughts determine not only how you feel, but also what you are experiencing. In the way of thinking, we create different kinds of energy. In other words, the things on which you concentrate your mind – money, spiritual growth, relationship, affect your energy centres – chakras.

Each person has hundreds of chakras inside and around him. We will focus on those that affect our everyday life. They are located along the vertical axis of the body deep inside, near glands with internal secretion. They stimulate the flow of life energy (ki, čchi, prana) in the body and provide us with the life force. The lower chakras are mainly related to the material world, the upper ones rather to the spiritual themes. Chakras are constantly radiating and absorbing energy. If you get caught up with negative ideas, they will climb with a dense, dark energy. Polarized chakras cannot flow freely, so you feel tired, unbalanced, and so on. The chakra may be open only partially or completely closed.

  1. Chakra – Root – red colour
The root chakra is located at the base of the spine at the tailbone in back. This energy centre holds the basic needs for survival, security and safety and sexual expression. The root chakra is the foundation of energy, related with earth mother will provide us with the ability to be rooted into the earth plane and all our needs. This chakra is associated with the foundation of our physical life and safety. They affect our thoughts and feelings about the following areas: finance, careers, living, physical security, meeting our physical needs, property. If this chakra is open, there is enough calm energy which we need for handling all the claims that make our lives. This chakra gives us stability and resilience, a joy in life that allows us to enjoy everything material and sexual. If the chakra is disturbed, the energy does not flow evenly and it is subjected to strong oscillation.

  1. Chakra – Sacral– orange colour
It is located below the navel and is rooted into the spine. This energy centre is associated with the basic needs for sexuality, procreation, creativity, intuition, and self-worth. This chakra is also governs sensual aspects of our lives, friendliness, creativity, and emotions. It governs people’s sense of self-worth, their confidence in their own creativity, and their ability to relate to others in an open and friendly way. It’s influenced by how emotions were expressed or repressed in the family during childhood or inherited emotional patterns.

  1. Chakra – Solar plexus– yellow colour
It is located below the breastbone in the centre behind the stomach. The third chakra is the centre of personal power, the place of ego, of passions, impulses, anger and strength. It is also the centre for astral travel and astral influences, receptivity of spirit guides and for psychic development. Rules the mental portion of our consciousness and governs thinking, the power of control that is gained by our minds

  1. Chakra – Heart – green and pink colour
It is located on the chest. This chakra is the centre for love, compassion and spirituality. Our ability to love ourselves and others is affected directly by the heart chakra, how clean it is and how is his functionality will determinate our ability to give and receive love. This is also the chakra connecting body and mind with spirit.

In the chakra system

  1. Chakra – Throat– blue colour

It is located on the collarbone and is the energy centre of communication, sound, and expression of creativity via thought, speech and writing. The throat chakra is our voice centre. It is through our spoken word that we express ourselves to others.
This chakra contains all the love, happiness, and sympathy which are in our heart.  It refers to our sacrifice, devotion, creativity, and our expression, the gate to heaven.

The disturbed chakra is manifested by the fear of the truth, because there is fear of loss of friendship or recognition, the fear that we may be able to hurt someone, even if they are punished, rejected. This leads to an internal conflict, a loss of freedom, a blocking of speech, anger or resistance.

  1. Chakra – Third Eye – indigo (dark blue) colour
It is located above the physical eyes on the centre of the forehead. This is the centre for psychic ability, higher intuition, the energies of spirit and light. It also assists in the purification of negative tendencies and in the elimination of selfish attitudes. Our mental calculations and thinking processes are functions of the third eye chakra.

If is the chakra disturbed, the person is overwhelmed by his thoughts, he wakes up trying to judge everything according to his own thoughts and values, he is often conceited and proud.

  1. Chakra – Crown– purple colour

It is located just behind the top of the skull. It is the centre of spirituality, enlightenment, dynamic thought and energy. It has an irreplaceable role in clairvoyance, clear knowledge, what is the ability to receive thoughts, information, and inspiration from God, or collective unconsciousness, and true guidance from the higher Myself. By combining with higher wisdom, behaviour is independent of the evaluations from the outside environment, the opinions of others. The disturbance of the crown chakra causes unmet emotions or negative thoughts about following a higher principle or God, possibly based on negative experiences with religion. The person feels like cut off and released to his little self, personality. There is no unity with the source, so peace, peace and fulfilment. He is imprisoned in his own life and thought patterns.

Practical part:

Tantric ritual is the foundation of every massage.

It is performed while standing face to face – description will be provided orally.

Tantric massage is playful, touchy and responsible at the same time. It offers a joyful acceptance of what we are. The main strength and sense of security in life draws on knowing that we are a man or a woman. First of all, we can safely allow us to accept the Silos and to take our place in Life. Then allow the energy go from the area of the pelvic (the self-manifestation) to the whole body. Sense and target. In each part of the body there is another manifestation. Tantra Massage is a combination of varied techniques that allow relaxation and burst of whole body energy. In Tantric massage with gentle touch we touch not only the physical body but also the entheric soul

Every massage is different, there is no precise massage guideline it is individual and everything depends on the masseuse intuition, empathy and coherence with the client.

Gentle touches are progressively done on the back, legs back, legs front, abdomen, chest, hands and head.

Oftentimes the laughter, sadness, pain or anger is released – that requires a sensitive approach, an intuitive distance or proximity. Is important to have managed manner not to get in touch with a client and be human close at the same time. Experienced feelings are not connected to a masseuse, but they are accepted as part of life all around, and especially as a part of natural experiencing of the clients body. Massage is done on a comfortable tatami (a mattress) in a soft darkened and heated room with candles. The massage lasts from 90 to 180 minutes.
